GYROKINESIS® L2

Content:

GYROKINESIS L2 contains three class formats and deepens the experience on all levels. Two different formats will start on the floor and the third format is a longer standing sequence.The standing sequence, will be explored in the afternonn sessions. Systematically the body is guided into its soft and fluid power recources.

Prerequisites:

Successful completion of the GYROKINESIS Pretraining L2 and valid Trademark Lisence

Course material:

– every participant receives a manuel

– QR code to look at the video or/ and video access in the resource library
